Our company financial and cancellation policy.

3. Credit Card Authorization

In order to work with a family, we require either:

A credit card and accompanying authorization to bill for services every two weeks; or
A five hour, fully refundable deposit (if services are not rendered, the deposit will be refunded)

4. Release of Information

This form allows your tutor or another member of our team to contact the student’s teachers or school administrators. Of course, we never do so without consulting with the parents first. This form simply allows us to do so if the parents decide with us that it is something that should be done.
